You’ll explore:

What are you ready to let go of—physically, emotionally, energetically?

Where are you giving your power away?

How can you make rest, pleasure, and regulation part of your life again?

Practices:

Boundary-setting exercises (with real-life scripts)

Somatic and nervous system healing (movement, breathwork, vagus nerve tools)

Energetic hygiene: cutting cords, clearing obligations

Outcome: You feel clearer, lighter, and more in charge of your energy. Your body starts to feel like home again.

Discovery | Purpose | Alignment

Once you've made space, your truth starts to rise. In this phase, we explore what your real desires are—not the ones you were taught to want.

What makes you feel most alive?

What does your body say yes to?

What values matter most to you now?

Practices:

Inner voice & intuition exercises

Soul-alignment journaling prompts: “What is my heart burning for?”

Core strengths discovery: What comes naturally to me?

Outcome: You begin to reconnect with purpose. You remember what you’re here to do, and start envisioning a life that reflects your truth.

You’ll explore:

How can I design my life around what energizes me?

What needs to shift in my work, relationships, or habits?

How do I keep trusting myself when doubt creeps in?

Practices:

Vision mapping & aligned action planning

Daily rituals to stay connected to your body and energy

Identity work: “Who am I now—and how do I live from that place?”

Outcome: You’re living with clarity, energy, and purpose. You’re no longer surviving—you’re thriving, aligned, and deeply connected to your real self.
