About me

I’m a life coach fully dedicated to help you find clarity, energy and an authentic direction.

My earlier career was rooted in technology with many years of experience in backend and native iOS development across various industries. After moving to Germany, studying in a foreign language and struggling to support myself on the way, eventually I landed a role at one of the most prestigious software engineering companies. But despite this achievement, I found myself feeling completely drained and lost.

That experience sparked a deeper search within. I turned to psychology, mindfulness, embodiment practices, nervous system regulation, and coaching, which helped me reconnect with my energy, values, and authentic path. I reclaimed my power and was no longer afraid to go for my dreams. The transformation was so profound, that I felt deeply called to guide others through similar journeys.

Now, as a WCO certified coach, I bring together my corporate and engineering experience, coaching, and holistic tools to support individuals in reconnecting with themselves, navigating change, and living in greater alignment with who they truly are. This leads them to having more energy, better jobs (or their own businesses!), better relationships and actually following their passions.

I believe each person already holds the answers they need to create a beautiful life. My role is to help them access that inner wisdom and support them along the way as they bring it to life.
