In 12 weeks you’ll go from feeling lost and tired as an expat to feeling grounded, confident, and able to move forward with clarity.

This program is aimed to help you with:

Working towards your goal in career, relationships or life in general as an expat

Whether it would be changing your work, feeling more calm, overcoming an obstacle, improving relationships or something else.

The program includes 7 biweekly group coaching sessions during which I will support you to come closer to your goals.

Gaining clarity about the next steps in your life.

Understand what is the next step for you in work, relationships or life in general.

With guided exercises understand your strengths and what you have to offer to this world. Take the first steps towards building a life which is more aligned with who your are.

Staying calm, clear and in your own power

Feeling anxious, worrying about the future, constant thoughts are coming in the way of seeing things clear? I’ll teach you how to understand your nervous system better, become aware of which state your are in and ways to regulate, so you can feel calmer, clearer and in power again.

Feeling belonging - being part of a community

Loneliness and lack of support is big among the expat groups. Grow together and connect with other expats who are also working towards their goals!

This program is for you if you:

-> Are an expat who is living in a foreign country at least 1 year.

-> Are struggling to make it in a foreign country.

-> Are in a position you do not like (in your career, relationship or life in general)

-> Feel low energy and are lacking clarity.

-> Feel like you are reacting instead of consciously choosing when it comes down to your path.

What’s Included

  • Over the period of 12 weeks work towards your goal in a supportive setting (and also challenging in the right way, if you wish) with people who understand your struggle.

    We start with initial goal setting session - where each of the participants set a goal for the next 3 months for themselves and share it with the group.

    We will meet live bi-weekly in a group setting to check-in where you are at in terms of your goals and I will support you to overcome your challenges.

  • After the initial goal setting session you will have a 30 min coaching session with me to determine how you can best reach your goal over the 12 weeks of time working together.

  • We will dive deeper into discussing topics that are important to you as an expat. Example would be:

    • Job search as an expat

    • Managing expectations from yourself or others

    • How to say NO as an expat

    • Speaking funny German

    • How to overcome the feeling of failure as an expat

    • Dating as an expat

    • ….

  • I will introduce you to a nervous system regulation toolkit consisting of:

    • Prerecorded videos to help people become more aware of their internal state and how to regulate it: recognising if they are in fight/flight/freeze modes.

    • Guided breath and meditation recordings to help you feel calmer, more balanced and clear.

    • PDF handbook with tools for quick intervention in case feeling disbalanced.

  • With the help of AI, discover your strengths and potential new career paths + find your first steps in reaching those.

  • Work towards your goals together with a community of expats, who understand the struggles you are going through. Connect with, witness and learn from each other.

  • The coaching package includes a prerecorded morning yoga sequence to feel grounded and alive + a YIN yoga sequence to get you ready for bed and feel calm. Videos provided by an experienced yoga teacher Irene Bloom.

    You may choose to incorporate these practices in your morning and/or evening routines, if you wish so

The 12 week program

WEEK 1: Meet & Greet + Intention setting session for the whole program (LIVE) 1,5h

Optional: Start your daily routine to stay calm and energised throughout the day.

WEEK 2: 30 min 1:1 session with me to discuss your goal and how you can reach it best. (LIVE)

Optional: Your strengths and potential (Offline)
Doing a strengths indicator exercise which would uncover your natural talents and potential career directions you could go for + the first steps towards getting there.

WEEK 3: Bi-weekly group check-in + coaching (LIVE) 1,5h

WEEK 4: Optional: Nervous system regulation (Offline)

In video series I will explain you how your nervous system impacts your thoughts and your energetic state. You will learn to become more aware of  what you feel and how you can regulate yourself to be calm and energised

WEEK 5: Bi-weekly group check-in + coaching  (LIVE) 1,5h

WEEK 6: Optional: Expat- specific topic discussion. We’ll explore one topic that is important to the group (determined via vote). (LIVE)

WEEK 7: Bi-weekly group check-in + coaching  (LIVE) 1,5h

WEEK 8:  Optional: Learn to manage your energy. (Offline)

Discover what fuels you and what drains you. Learn to design your days in a way that naturally invites more energy-giving activities.

WEEK 10: Optional: Expat- specific topic discussion. We’ll explore one topic that is important to the group (determined via vote). (LIVE)

Frequently Asked Questions

    • Everyone gives an update of where they are at

    • Everyone shares one challenge they are facing this week and how confident they are that they are going to solve it from 1 to 10.

    • We vote on 1-2 most important challenges. The challenges with maximum amount of votes get discussed. I will coach the people with those challenges - the group is welcome to chime in.

    • We end with action setting exercise: what is one step that I can take in the next 2 weeks to come closer to my goal?

    • Everyone rates again from 1 to 10 - how confident they are about overcoming their challenge.

    • If needed, with the rest of the challenges I will provide support offline on the Discord channel. I will be available on Discord 1h per weekday on a set time.

  • The coaching sessions will be conducted on Google Meet. The rest of the materials will be uploaded to a community discord channel.

    The offline discussions will also happen on the discord channel.

  • Working towards your goals in a group of people who understand you and your struggles.

    The program also takes into account the overall your well-being - working towards what works for you - not towards someone else’s understanding of success.
