Living in Germany as an expat can slowly push you into survival mode - even if “on paper” things look fine.
You might be earning some money, studying, or in a probation period… and still feel exhausted, tense, and disconnected from yourself.
This program is for you if you’re tired of just getting through the days and want to feel stable, grounded, and alive again - without forcing yourself to “push harder”.
This program is for you if you:
Have lived in Germany for at least 1 year
Feel exhausted, anxious, or stuck in fight/flight mode
Struggle with motivation, energy, or clarity about next steps
Notice yourself reacting from fear instead of choosing consciously
Want stability without sacrificing your passions or values
What we will be working on in the next 12 weeks:
A calmer, more regulated nervous system you know how to work with
A sense of stability (emotional, energetic, and practical)
Clearer boundaries with work, money, family, and expectations
The ability to pause and make decisions from values - not survival
Clarity about your strengths and possible career directions
A feeling of belonging and being understood
More energy, presence, and enjoyment in daily life
How the program works:
Duration: 12 weeks
Group size: max. 8 people
Live group coaching: every second week (1.5h)
Platform: discord channel
Offline content & exercises: every second week you will learn new things that will support you in feeling more grounded and alive.
Community space: to share, reflect, and grow together
This is not a course you have to keep up with.
It’s a supported process designed to meet you where you are.
